Hi there,

When I first signed up to t+ medical I had a problem downloading the file from Phil(?) with him giving me instructions over the phone on my Samsung U900V. It was then decided that my phone couldn't handle the program as some phones weren't designed for downloading the file.

I have recently got a Blackberry Curve 8520 - and im having the same problem - is the program compatible with this phone?

For 8months I have had to put all my results up over the internet which at first was no problem but over time with work commitments etc. etc. I have little time in the presence of a computer to put my results up! which is quite frustrating considering that this program exists and somebody else has done the programming/setting up of something that really helps diabetic control.

If anyone can get back to me soon, it would be really appreciated!

The website was updated in Feb 2010 and now supports easy upload of BG results from 6 Lifescan meter types direct to the website via the Lifescan USB cable.

The meters supported are Ultra, Ultra 2, Ultra Smart, Ultra Easy (mini), Vita and Select

Also the website has new features to allow:
- quick entry of a single BG result
- entry of multiple BG readings e.g. entering multiple readings at the end of the day
